At Capsules, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated wardrobe. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
